Our recommendations
A recommended dose is 330ml. This can be drank in one sitting or spread into two 175ml servings in a day. We recommend a warm cup of broth on an empty stomach for breakfast, breakfast being the first thing you put in your body that day. Whether it is at 7am or 2pm, let the broth be the firs thing you ingest. We recommend you leave 20-30 minutes before eating any solid food. You can also use broth as a stock in your cooking.
